RETURN POLICY
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever • reason, please contact us. If there is anything we can help you with without having to ship it back, let's explore that option.
You may return your product(s) within 30 days of purchase. You will be offered to return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method (not including shipping).
NON RETURNABLE / REFUNDABLE
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on (if applicable) and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• Shipping costs are not refundable
• Bulk orders are not refundable or returnable
• Custom made orders are not fundable or returnable

PRODUCTION TIME
That stuff takes some time to be made, and it also involves some curing or 3d printing time. So, ya know, we're doing our best to ship it out asap but it will definitely take a sec. Most products take 3-5 working days to make before being shipped. If you need your stuff by a certain date, let us know so that the expectation is set and we'll also be able to recommend the best shipping options for your needs!
US SHIPPING
We ship all our parcels via USPS or UPS. Once your order has been dispatched you should expect your order within 3-5 business days. You can track your order once it has shipped (please keep in mind that when you receive the tracking info, it always takes a couple of hours for the parcel to move).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship all our international orders via UPS.
